We invite you to our unique space for creative awakening, where we offer yoga, other movement arts and art practices that call forth joy, vitality and wonder. We have a cozy space, our little in size, but big in energy store,(opening November 2007)with handcrafted wood furniture, children's toys, books on poetry, education, politics, cultural issues, spiritual life, music and gifts that inspire and nourish the soul. Come by for a browse and a cup of tea!

Our vision grew from our delight when Wylie and I first met, when the "deep South" met the "deep Bronx" and at the birth of our now 4-year-old bundle of joy daughter Hannah...We have something for everyone. Welcome!
